Enrique is a great salesman! I had previously visited an Earnhardt dealership and got a load of "bull." A real turnoff. Enrique's presentation was geared more to me personally, and I didn't feel like I had to fight for a good price. He listened to my needs and my financial situation and we negotiated until we came out on the same page. Antenna was missing when I picked up the car, and detailing should have noticed, but didn't. Problem has now been resolved. Just downgraded my review. Purchased a new car 10 days ago. Noticed that the window film on the hatchback window is coming off across the whole top edge. Two defects in 10 days? I had fewer defects on the 1994 Chevy I traded in. Called customer service (at their recommendation thru an email) and the switchboard transferred me to "Charlie" (the sales manager) who apparently wasn't in today. Why doesn't the switchboard know the schedules of their staff? So she transferred me to the Dead Zone. I purchased a new car so that I wouldn't be spending so much time fixing my old car. So here I go again, having to wait in the service area for car repairs again. I just hope I didn't make a mistake in making this purchase at this particular dealership. :-(
