It was my first time here and I was pulling the trigger on the roast duck for $19.99. It's 1:30 on a Sunday and there are 4 roast ducks left. I told the clerk that I wanted that shiny duck on the left. Another worker ran towards her and stopped her saying that those 2 ducks were reserved. They were reserved for a customer that called in and will pick up at 9. WTH? Those were the only 2 shiny ducks on display, the other 2 looked pale and cold. Needless to say, I dropped everything I left the store. I don't know how the management allow such service.
