We used to go here fairly often, but will never be back. On a recent visit, mid meal and sitting at the bar, my beer glass had been empty for 15 minutes and I simply could not get the attention of any of the several employees behind the bar. They were all too busy talking among themselves. I finally just started waving my arm trying to get someone's attention, and this prick behind the bar 20 yards away sees me and shouts back at me "ok, yeah, we'll all just drop everything and attend to you" and then ignored me and it was another 5 minutes before I could get another beer from another employee. They were not busy at all at the time. This is how a business loses customers and reputation.
