Icy Juicy is located in the ever-crowded strip mall on Desert Inn and Jones. Parking is not specific to Icy Juicy and becomes infrequently available at night. There are two tables outside which apparently are reserved for the smokers' haven evidenced by the ashtray and cigarette butts galore.
The drinks are always never a problem and the boba is always fresh, chewy, and delicious. I always get a large iced boba milk tea for $4.25 in what seems to be like a large pint glass reserved for beers. The black tea flavor is always concentrated so there's no need to spend $1 more for royal milk tea or varied flavors. The servers are generally nice. The taller one is much nicer and knows much more about customer service than the shorter girl, who is never seen washing her hands yet she cleans tables and trash. Hmmm.
All in all 3.5 stars. We would return!
