Every time I take Allegiant there flights are always delayed!!!! The wrost part is, you find out when your already at the airport (2 hours prior to your flight)
Customer service when checking is horiable. Never friendly & always negitive.
This flight I'm taking right now is Las Vegas to Fresno.
Flight time: 8:20am
Already at the gate with my service animal and then told at 7:55am flight is delayed to 9:24am (received a text as well)
I decided to walk always out to take my dog out to use the restroom. Then I get another text, flight changed to 8:54am. I had to run all the way back plus I had to deal with TSA again since Las Vegas don't have a release area for dogs inside the airport.
They board the plane and everyone is seated by 8:50am waiting for the plane to take off. We hear from the pilot, we are waiting to get gas. As we sit in the hot plane for over 40 MINS, I receive a text message alert saying our flight is delayed to 9:30am. The time is now 9:45am and we still haven't left Las Vegas!
To think I was here 2 hours before my flight, 6:20am and have been at the airport for over 3 hours is so inconvient and very upsetting. It's sad to hear everyone in the plane say "Allegiant is known for delayed flight"
THE WORST!!!!!!!!! Fly a different airline even if it cost a couple more bucks!
