I have picked up *a lot* of pills. And usually from CVS because there is a CVS about every 25 feet in Charlotte. This is by far the Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Not once .... never... have my prescriptions EVER been ready on time. Not when I do them online the DAY BEFORE and come hours after my requested pickup, not when my doctor calls them in - NEVER. It's always "they're working on it, 10 or 15 minutes". My doctor called in a new prescription today at 11:00 am and when I arrived at 4:00 pm to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. I quit. I shouldn't have to take a Xanax to go pick up anxiety medications. While this is the most convenient location to where I live, making 2 trips or waiting longer is a pain in the ass, so I am done. You can't throw a rotten tomato in Charlotte without hitting a drug store or a big box store with a pharmacy in it, so there is no reason to continue to be aggravated by this location. Sooooo done.
