My sister went to Tempe St Luke's march 26 2012 she was vomiting coffee grounds which is blood . She was unable to communicate very well just say my stomach hurts my head hurts . After a ct scan of her head a chest x -ray and blood work I was told they could not find anything wrong with her but they would keep her over night . When I got home the social worker called me and said there was nothing medically wrong with my sister and she was being released. I questioned the social worker how is that possible again he stated there was nothing medically wrong with her . 12 hour later she was unconsious non- responsive and taken toChandler Regional Hospital were they found out what was wrong with her ammonia levels were 360 normal 15-20 . My sister's death certificate states cause of death small bowel rupture. After receiving Tempe St Luke's records from my sister's visit they state her condition was psychiatric in nature her blood work was not normal either . She was vomiting blood . I am disgusted . How can a hospital the doctors and nurses all be so incompetent?
