For a place that prides themselves on customer service with strong Christian values I cannot be more unpleased with the service. I purchased a Tyndallpedic mattress and after a few months it became extremely defective (sides caved, major permanent compression, etc). We had a Tyndall rep come out and he even could not believe how rough the mattress was and was indeed defective, but there was a dime size stain on the foot of the bed so warranty voided! Even though we used their expensive mattress cover. After talking with more management they revealed that they switch manufacturers since our mattress...but still wouldn't honor the warranty but would give us 10% off a refurbished one. All i can say is not the same company Chuch Tyndall used to run.
