Service here used to be good and is now terrible. My Explorer has been there going on 10 days to replace a simple battery cable. Communication is terrible. I have gotten a different contact every time I call and no one ever calls you back. Upon my pressing employees for information I have found that the service department is in turmoil with multiple people quitting, high absentee rates and rapid turn over. I would stay far away unless and until they get their act together.
