The employees here are total a$$holes... I'm here in a Friday night with my kids, and there is just 5 of us so they refuse to bend the rules and give us two lanes, one with and one without bumpers. It would 'mess up' their 'lineage' ... I've been here numerous times where they have 'bent' their rules... Considering this place is dead most times and I obviously don't come at peak times, because I have children. At this moment 2/3 of the alley is empty. So, they lost out on additional funds because they are denying me an extra lane. I've been here numerous times, has birthday parties here... And I will definitely never come back. Poor example of customer service... Oh and it's dirty, tables haven't been cleared off from previous customers for the last hour we have been here and nobody puts the balls away
