Spent this past week there. Nice place but dated. One night it rained hard and our room ceiling leaked. Three separate leaks in the room. Luckily none hitting the bed . Told the night manager the roof leaks and I was not happy about water coming into our room. He asked me what he could do to make me happy. I told him he should figure it out. Turns out he gave us 2000 Hilton points. Very weak response. There was a waiter in the restaurant named Eliberto who is the best. He knew my desires and got me hooked up with the right food. He was tipped well and I hope he is recognized internally. The leaking roof ruined the stay and the terrible attempt to make it right made us know we need to stay elsewhere. It's a shame
