All of a sudden the microphone on my Samsung S4 started having problems. I visited Best Buy (Samsung employees) where they confirmed my microphone was broken. Thx, I knew that. They referred me back to Samsung, where I would have to send my phone in and could "maybe" get a temporary phone to use. I started looking at new phones and the pricing flipped me out. My hubby looks online for phone repairs and comes up with uBreakiFix near the Galleria Mall in Las Vegas. Never heard of them, however I'm glad I did. They did assessment, and ordered a component to fix. Took my phone home (could still use bluetooth to talk). They called me a couple of days later, told me the part was in....Yay! Once I got there, a nice fella, Kalani, began to install the component and discovered a bit of dust, moisture damage on the old component. Instead of installing the part, he cleaned the existing component and the microphone..... no charge and sent me on my way! This company rocks!
