My first time in was wonderful. The 2nd time was good. After that...downhill. The owner comes across as a very nice person. I've noticed he treats his employees horrible. Last time one started crying. He's very very bossy. Always trying to add on extra charges for a certian type of polish. $5 extra he told another customer. How about showing employees the same respect they show you. I made an appointment with a certain person and when i arrived he put me with someone else. I asked for thr pedicure first....didn't happen. I was bounced from 3 chairs just to get my nails done. I won't be back.
