A victim of their own success? Very very busy during the morning rush. Slow service. Understaffed and unmotivated. I can deal with that. What irks me is that this is probably the messiest Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen. Crap thrown on the side counters, donuts on the floor under the display cases. I went one morning around 8 for coffee, found myself in the area again about 3. Stopped in for something cold to drink and the same mess was on the floors and counters. There's an Italian deli next door. Maybe I'll try them
