What a disappointment. Ordered online which is cool. Got there and they were in the middle of making my order. Informed that waffle bowls are just waffles on the side (doesn't say anything about that when you order and prepay). It was like watching a comedy show. They were disorganized and had no idea what they were doing. Finally they managed to get my order right after several tries. I got home any my banana coconut ice cream had frozen chewy chunks in it. I've had their coconut banana ice cream before and it did not have frozen chewy chunks in it. Gross. I'll go another night (not Sunday night) and hope they have people who know what they are doing.
