A caveat the following review is that I logged onto Costcoauto.com which has pre-arranged pricing. No haggling, which changes the way the sales people work. That said, I was provided a list of names that could help me get pre-arranged pricing. Based on Yelp reviews I chose Laurie M., and she was very pleasant to work with. For starters, she was the only Ford salesman I've ever met, nationwide, that didn't start with a credit application. Why is this so common, I'm just here for a test drive and don't even know if I will like the car! And, I'm not sure if having Costco backing me helped or not, but there was no pressure that day. The deal ended up not working over a disagreement on my trade-in value (I had a written offer from Carmax that Earnhardt could not or would not match), but at no point was Laurie the typical snakeoil salesman, running back and forth to managers or making excuses. If you show up, ask for Laurie, and if you can, use Costco's buying program for a great fixed price!
