I usually have nothing but good to say about the employees at this location but tonight was extremely disappointing. As someone who works 3rd shift,my late night coffee is usually my pick up and kick starter for my long shift ahead. There are 3 guys who are usually working that will make sure even though it's almost time for them to hit the clock,will keep a fresh pot of coffee and today im a lot more grateful for the effort they put into their job. I walk in tonight 30 minutes before closing and it took 5 minutes for this guy to even come to the front and even greet me. After waiting for him to scramble and fool around with racks he finally takes my order. One thing I can't stand is being served cold "hot" coffee. While im waiting another "regular" who im familiar with comes in and the employee tells him he will put a fresh pot of decaf on for him. Now im almost certain im going to get a much needed fresh cup of my own. Upon touch I could tell I was about to be disappointed. My coffee was not only cold but tasted like something was wrong. I wish I had the time to go back in the store and at the least get another coffee but because I banked on my go to coffee spot while im running late I am stuck writing this review. Thanks a lot for the cold coffee bro hope that Monster energy drink did for you what the coffee should have done for me!
