This was such a lovely and tasty event. Thank you to Strings and Giles for being so accommodating and treating us so well. The event was not only delicious but also informative as well. We got to learn the Ramen making process and tour the kitchen. The event started out with drinks and appetizers. I choose a Royal Milk Tea for my beverage. This sweet and creamy drink was a perfect offset to the perfectly salty and slightly spicy food that was coming. For appetizers we got to sample pickled bamboo shoots, edamame, gyozo, and rice bowls. All were very good, my personal favorite was the gyozo. The dumplings filling were seasoned perfectly and the sauce they were in was simply delectable. Afterward we got to choose a Ramen from the menu. I choose the Spicy Crab. This was so savory and rich, I was very impressed. Overall I think I found a new favorite restaurant in Madison. I will definitely be back for dinner soon!
