This Pearle Vision location is awesome. Recently my son, my daughter and I had appointments at this location. Dr. Shumski is excellent - he takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. The staff assisting with glasses are very patient and helpful. They are knowledgeable about insurance and all frames they carry. When there is a problem, they listen and advise. For instance, my son's frames bent badly and could not be fixed in the store. Pam contacted the vendor and ordered the new frame. While we had to wait a while for the replacement, Pam and other staff kept us up to date on the progress of delivery of the frame (the phone calls were appreciated). Bottom line - the staff of Pearle Vision at the Waterworks provides excellent care, impeccable service and if a problem does arise - they go above and beyond to remedy the situation.
