'm a huge fan of the show and a Vegas local so I was super excited when the bakery came out at the Venetian. But Carlo's Bakery was definitely a disappointment. The pastries were dry and didn't have a lot of flavor. There were some okay pieces, like the brownie. I got the cannoli cake and I was expecting something great, but well. I guess it's not the same because it's not Buddy and the crew back there!
