I went to this salon originally because of all the good reviews on yelp, and I'm glad I did. I usually dye my hair red, with full colour (not highlights), but no one had ever been able to get it to look exactly right. It's hard to get the right colour red to match my skin tone (I have very pale skin) and not look trashy. I've had some bad experiences in the past and was beginning to think no one could get it right. So I came to W Salon a bit apprehensively. Thankfully, I got Kristi as my colourist. I could tell right away that she was different because she sat down with me and discussed what I wanted for about 5-10 minutes. She asked me questions and showed me colour charts to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted, and helped me decide on the exact shade based on what would look good with my skin. After we were both sure of the colour I wanted, she washed, coloured and blow dried my hair. It took a long time, I think about 2-3 hours, but it was definitely worth it. The colour looked great. Also, I've never been to a salon that adds a blow-dry after a colour free of charge, so that was an added bonus. And it was the first time I got compliments on my hair colour! To conclude, Kristi is amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else to colour my hair.
