We've been to other Which Wich shops before and have always enjoyed their sandwiches. The experience at this shop was by far the worst. We ordered 4 sandwiches and sat down to wait for our order. Only one out of the four sandwiches was right. My daughter ordered turkey and they ended up being out of turkey. I ordered a sandwich with tomatoes and they ended up being out of tomatoes. My wife ordered a French Dip and it was cold inside. If you are out of something like Turkey, why wouldn't you tell your customer that when they ordered. My wife complained to the manager and one member of the staff made a snide remark to my wife. The customer service at this place is awful. It's one thing to be out of something, it's another to treat your customers poorly when they have an issue with it. Unreal. We will not be eating at this establishment in the future.
