I was so hopeful for Brio! Walking in for the first time you notice the place is beautiful, hats off for the over all look and feel. I had to give it a 2 for the overall service and food, which was not good. Service: Our server seems like a nice guy but we noticed after our food came out he wasn't around much. They forgot dressing on one of our main course salads and we were halfway done with the meal before it was finally brought out. I observed our server visit the two tables next to ours 4 times before he came back to our table, and that was only because we flagged him down asking for an eta on the dressing and to order another drink. Unfortunately the drink my coworker ordered came out with our final bill. The server apologized, saying he forgot to give the drink order to the bartender. My coworker ordered a salad and minestrone. He took a bite of the soup and said something was wrong with it. After teasing him for being a picky eater I took a bite just to see if it was off. It was BAD...it was if they accidentally put too much of some random spice it it and called it a day. We asked not to be charged for it. I hate to be that guy... but we were all disappointed with the experience.
