Beautiful, new facility. Most importantly, great customer service. Unfortunately, my first experience with them is not-so-good. My fear is being switched from tech to another. And that's exactly what happened. I came from DC, crossing my fingers to find a nice one that would give me great service. How did I cheer myself up during my 2 hour experience? Ms Merlot and Chardonnay came to the rescue. Never coming back.
