bad service, no connection with the front desk, no room service, no cleaning, no change of sheets, no extra towels. You are there all by yourself, When you call the front desk, they would tell you they have nothing to do with your reservation. Then if you try to get in touch with LVS, you get an answering service since it is after hours, and they would get back to you the following day.
I would never use again.
