Mr. Moore GM here, called me dishonest. I made a mistake, online, booked and canceled within seconds and booked with airport location the holiday inn I wanted originally. I explained to MOORE that I was charged even though never stayed at his hotel, he said"i was not being upfront and honest" and that there was no way I could have done this online". Are you kidding me?? I am visitor, late at night, all day at airport, in town for only hours, and why would I lie? Moronic manager, needs to be fired and I want a refund. I would never stay here, never did, never will. Shameful. With manager like this, why risk it, go where they respect you and your business.
