Montreal has the two best bagel shops in the world (to my knowledge). Saint-Viateur Bagel (on Saint-Viateur street) and, one block down, four blocks over, Fairmount Bagel (on, you guessed it, Fairmount street).
There is an all out war between those two, honey spilled, heroes on both sides...
Both are great and there is no right answer, except if the answer is "Fairmount Bagel is better".
