All this company cares about is their bottom line, not the customer's needs. They are incapable of locating the true source of termites and will sell you expensive services that aren't needed. This results in the repeat occurrence of termites and having to continue to pay for warranty extensions since they don't treat the problem, they mask it. The techs work hard for what little they are paid only to do while Burns overbills, underdelivers, and does things illegally. Sooner or later this will catch the attention of the the regulatory agency.
