Recruiters are usually hit or miss. Finding a good recruiter is similar to trying to find a needle in a haystack. Don't get me wrong. I've had a few good recruiters but they are so rare. I had an interview with Tamara which I thought went really well. She mentioned quite a few jobs with different companies that would fit my background. I didn't like that she kept bugging me about joining LinkedIn again especially after I gave her the reason why I wasn't on the site. Seriously, I can obtain a job without LinkedIn and for her to state otherwise is ludicrous. She stated that she would send me the jobs that we discussed so that I could decide which ones were of interest. Well, this never happened. I sent her a follow up email and she never responded. So, in retrospect I wasted one hour out of my life that I can't get back which is quite irritating. Whatever happened to people being honest and reliable. If you say you are going to do something, then do it. Be forewarned, integrity is not this company's strong suit.
