The customer service here is really bad. I've been here about a dozen times and I'd say 8 or 9 of the times I'm standing at the counter for an extended period of time waiting for one of the employees to arrive to assist me. After it happened again today I have to say goodbye to this place.
Too bad, the food is above average, although realistically too pricey for what you get.
Nothing is labeled so you'll have to ask an employee (once they arrive) what is what.
This place is in dire need of a manager who understands customer service. Or maybe they just need a bell on the door.
