Being new to Madison I was looking for a full service car wash and decide to give this place a shot. I paid for the platinum car wash. For this cost one would expect all seats vacuumed and cup holders cleaned. My dash and floors were vacuumed but that's it. Center console looks as though it wasn't touched at all. What's worse is that there is now a large scratch on my drivers side door by the roof. I reported this to the manager and was asked to come back. Drove back and was encountered with "are you sure this wasn't there before?" After several times of me saying I was certain and pointing out the fact that I look at that side the most being that I see it every time I get in the car, they took it in a little room to "try" to make it better. Needless to say I won't be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would.
