Having a 10-year old MacBook Pro that I could no longer get updates for simple things like Google Plus, I knew it was time to get a new one. I dreaded the long wait and crush of people at the Apple Store. Neighbors in my community of Westbrook Village raved abt MacMedia!

Apple is so advanced that some features on 2017 models felt beyond my needs and ability. I was shown a 2015 refurbished that was similar to my previous Mac but could take me to another 10 years of use! All for $1,499! I invested in the 3-year warranty like I always do... but never need to use it!
Kudos to Ruben, Master Genius, who figured out how to reactivate a Quark file to access a Handout that I desperately needed! He saw how stressed I was without my saying a word and offered to help me. What a great guy!
