Sad store. Poor selection, not enough employees. Went to make a return. After waiting in line downstairs they sent me upstairs because I had kitchen stuff. Ok - that made sense. I went upstairs and sat in line after a lady who also had a return. There was no cashier though. After like 10 minutes it turned out she had been there for a while. My husband went on the floor to find someone. No success. There was not one single employee on the entire floor. After another 10 minutes some lady showed up (coming from downstairs with her purse on and dressed without any uniform). It was 4:11pm - it felt like she was late for her shift and the previous person just left. She went to the cashier and without saying one word did something on the computer for a few minutes. Then it took her forever to process the other lady's return and then ours. What a nightmare! I'm giving it two stars because I love Macy's and a Macy's will always be a Macy's and I hope this one will not close down too. It's close to my house :)
