DO NOT spend your money here. I've been visiting this store for a few years for both personal and business needs. Over the past year, the service has substantially declined. Every single time I walk in, ALL-- ALL of the employees are standing around the front, flippantly avoiding work. You better know the layout of the store because you're on your own. This last Wednesday, June 6th was my final visit to this store. I went in around 1:30 pm. If a manager is reading this, this information will easily allow you to identify your staff. I proceeded to the ink aisle only to find the item I needed was out of stock. No biggie, especially because there was a sign referring me to order online with a staff member. I walked to the register where all three employees were. Silly me-- I interrupted their conversation. They all looked at me with blank stares and I asked if someone could please assist me. I shared I needed to order an item in particular. They searched their store to ensure it was out. I then said I'd like to place an order for pickup. They all shot glances at one another. At this point I was simply aghast with their indifference towards customer service. I asked if it was easier to order online (since they didn't seem to want to help me order in store). One of the girls said they had it at another store which was about ten miles away. Not even acknowledging my need to place an order right then and there. I said to forget it and that I wouldn't be back. There is a Staples down the road everyone. Right on Goldwater. 3550 N Goldwater Blvd. Go there! They had my item in stock. Oh AND they greet you, assist you and do it all with a good attitude! Shocking. I won't be back to this Office Max. Don't waste your time or money.
