Well I thought I'd take my leftovers from my trip to the Bookmans on Country Club to this location.
I did not like this store as much as the other one for these reasons:
1) The layout of the store does not flow
2) Things are a mess, out of order, very unorganized and hard to find
3) They seem to charge more and give less
4) The staff was not as friendly
They took about the same amount and type of stuff from me at the Country Club location did but only gave me half as much credit here?
I was looking through their movie section which is alot larger than the country club location but noticed some of the same titles at higher prices? (and way higher than Zia's)
Anyhow I'm still a fan of Bookman's just not this location.
Any other fans that haven't visited the country club location should give it a try, I think you'll agree, Things are much easier to find , navigating through the store is more user friendly and the staff seems to care about keeping things in order.
