Do not recommend service department. Last time my husband had bike fixed it took a month and this time it has been sitting there 2 weeks and hasn't even been looked at. It takes weeks for them to look at it, then forever to order parts. There is also a complete lack of communication on their part, which I guess is understandable seeing as how weeks can go by with no progress.
