I placed an order through their website for a large arrangement to be delivered two days later on what was to be our anniversary. When nothing arrived, I contacted the florist by directly by phone. They claimed they never got my order and promised to correct the issue by making the delivery that day. We spoke twice at length about what I wanted, why, and for whom it was intended for. Again, nothing was delivered. I called again the following morning to request a refund and the owner gave me the excuse that " the driver went to the wrong address and by the time he got to the right place, he ( the intended ) was already gone", which is a lie because his office staff would have noticed us. To make matters worse, she was annoyed at that " the arrangement was already made". Not my concern. At this price point, I would expect far better customer service. Apparently, business is so good, you can drop the ball not once but twice without even an apology. I will take my money elsewhere.
