I moved to AZ from California in May. I go to the movies every Friday and have been trying different theaters. This has been my favorite and have been going weekly. Last week, 2 days after I went to see a movie, I realized I had lost a very special (and expensive) bracelet of mine. I wasn't sure where I might have lost it but I retraced all the places I had been in the past 2 days and started making calls. The person who answered at Norterra was helpful and they looked in the box office as well as the managers office upstairs. It took a few minutes but I didn't mind waiting. He came back and said there were 2 bracelets that sounded like the one I was describing. I was moving the next day into the new home we just purchased and should have been packing but had to make the 30 minute drive to see if one of them was my bracelet. My boyfriend had given it to me several years ago and it is my favorite piece of John Hardy jewelry. My fear was if someone found it they would love it as much as I do and not try to find it's rightful owner. When I anxiously arrived at the theater the staff looked in the box office lost and found and then called upstairs and someone brought down MY BRACELET. I was so happy i wanted to hug the guy-but restrained myself. I couldn't thank them enough. He said one of the staff had found it and brought it to the office. This restores my faith in humanity and speaks volumes to the honesty of the staff at the Harkins at Norterra. I didn't find out who the person who found the bracelet was but if they read this I want them to know, from the bottom of my heart, just how much I appreciate their honesty. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
