Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer. Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days. I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately. Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew. Most companies would have come over, sprayed, taken my money and been on their way. Although I didn't end up needing their services today, you better believe they will be the ones I call when I do.
