I actually rented my car in phoenix on thursday through hotwire because it was 9.14 per day, was heading to California, customer service in Phoenix was great, on Sunday, the day my car was to be back I decided to stay an extra day so I called Hotwire they said I had to call Alamo, which I did the customer service agent charged me a weekly rate for one day of 147.00, she was rude and not nice, HOWEVER when I got back to Phoenix I went to the agent and explained what was going on, he worked for 30 min to fix my rate and got me a rate of 14.00, I give this a 4 only because of the rude person on the phone at Alamo 800 number everyone else was great from beginning to end and the car was fantastic only 1200 miles on it I would definitely rent again
