Do not trust ePronet360 and their staff. The rent was negotiated with Angela to lower the rent by $50 a month. My request was due to the unit was not clean, dead bugs and the walls were dirty. I went through the application $75 and deposit $250, process which is a online process ( note: please read all fine print in the application process). At the time of lease signing the original rent $$ was on the lease. They claim they did not remember agreeing to adjust the rent. I decided to take the loss in the $75 application fee after reading several negative reviews that were similar. I would not recommend company the practices are suspect and trickery. The process of returning deposit takes 5-7 business days, this was a big disappoint when I was expecting to move in to my new place in 7 days.
