One thing you can generally depend on, is McDonald's. But this is absolutely the slowest and "don't give a shit about the customer" kind of McDonald's I have EVER been to!! Been there twice and it was like DeJaVu. At 5:30 pm, when they should be working the dinner rush, the place is a mess, yet there aren't any customers (that should have been my clue). They have supplies out as though they are still doing their between-shift stocking and cleaning and from the drive-thru it is visibly messy inside. The employees are too busy playing when they should be working the window - in advance of the food coming off the line, they should take the cash, give the water, and at least verbally tell me "we are waiting for the fries" or whatever is the holdup. Instead they look at you like a monkey in a cage, as if they are thinking "why are you here?" It takes over 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get a simple cheeseburger and fries. When I did give my money, the girl working the window had long wildly-painted bear claws. Gross! I gave them a second shot a week later and I tell you it was like DeJaVu. They either need a new manager, or adult supervision. Home office needs to check into this place! For now, I will continue to go to Jack in the Box just a couple of blocks down. Update - months later I returned and still the same time of day, they were still mopping, and the manger on duty (himself a kid) was yelling at the mopper in front of customers. BAD BAD BAD
