I wish I could give zero stars to these people. Customer service, HAH! myself and 3 other girls were going to rent a property from PPM, we ended up splitting the $1,000 deposit 4 ways. We had picked the place we like 4 months before move-in date and gave the deposit early, stupid mistake. After a few weeks 2 of the girls back out so i decided to call PPM and get our deposit back, apologized for the inconvenience but still gave them 90 DAYS to find new future tenants. One of the owners, (bald guy with glasses, I think his name was REED) said he would be keeping my deposit for advertising fees. Mind you, they advertised on craigslist which is FREE. when I called him out on being a crook he said quote, "Listen here you little bitch, it's my company and I can do whatever the hell I want with your money" then he hung up on me. So PPM made $1,000 for doing nothing but calling it's potential renter a bitch. Don't deal with these people, classless crooks.
