One of the nicer Ys around. I can't give it 5 stars because unfortunately that's reserved for the level of the Morrison Family Y in Ballantyne, but this works well for my family and I. One of the few Ys that has an indoor heated pool! It was such a blessing last winter when I was pregnant and could still get some workout in. My favorite classes here are all of Zumba classes by Cathie (M, W & Th nights) and the yoga class on Saturday mornings. They have ample parking and a nice changing room. The pool also has a hot tub and steam room. They do have daycare that accepts babies as young as 6 weeks old and we definitely plan on making use of that pretty soon!
