I came to this store on 6/17 and first dealt with Frank who was completely unprofessional and lazy and acted like a customer asking for assistance was a nuisance that he didn't have time for. So I looked for another employee and came across Sean who was wonderful!! He helped me and was very professional and because of him I will come back to this location. However, while he was trying to help me a manager kept calling him on his cell phone and telling him to do something else. He was helping me! Maybe Frank and that manager can get some training from Sean.
