We were selling our starter home. We interviewed 3 agents, and agencies. Chris came in with the lowest amount to list my home, but the most realistic. He explained his marketing plan, he explained that most homes were on the market for about 30-60 days, he brought a screen shot, of how many people were looking for basically our house, in the hour prior to him coming to view our home. He he was the most down to earth of the three, he also explained every step that was going to happen. He had the first and only open house, one day after our house was listed. He made sure that the pictures were amazing. Honestly after I saw the pictures, I wanted to stay in my home. But 3 days after the house was listed, we had a full price offer. He protected us as a seller, every step of the way.
As far as buying.... We knew exactly what we were looking for, but could not put it into words. We wanted a home with character, charm, and the right feeling. The feeling of home. Chris and his team (Glenda) were there to answer questions, show us houses, help us with our offer, they were there with us. And in all honesty, they really did make us feel like family! They helped us find the perfect home for us. They worked hard to make sure we saw all the options we wanted to see (and there were a lot of home that we toured, some we toured two or three times). I really can't find enough words to explain just how much their services meant to us. I will be referring my friends, family, coworkers, and acquaintances for a long time to come. Most amazing team ever!!! I am so very very very very very glad we found Chris!!!!! He made moving on from our starter home, to our forever home an amazing experience.
