Even though Stell Roofing was not able to schedule an estimate or job for me I am giving them 5 stars and will definitely keep their information for future reference. Why? After tonight's storm I immediately searched Yelp for a roofer because we need an immediate repair done on our flat roof at our strip shopping center. Yelp gave me the option to message the company, so I did. The notation showed that it would take approximately 6 hours to get a response. I got a call in less than 5 minutes!!!!! Because he could tell from my message that we had an emergency situation, he called to tell me that he was backlogged for 2 months and wanted me to know so I could try another company. And he gave me advice on how to protect our roof to prevent any further damage because it's supposed to rain AGAIN tonight at 11:30PM. If a business calls me to tell me that they can't even give me an estimate because they are so backlogged and coaches me on how to protect my property, it's a business that I want to do business with in the future. Who does that? Apparently, a company with outstanding and impressive customer service - even for a potential customer!
