I wil never enter this place agaitha.those people are ridiculous.I have been doing business in that store for many many yesrs.as every one that buy hair there know they dont let you open the new hair that you are purchasing.they let you peek at it.I purchased a wig.went out the store got in my car, tried the wig on.to find that it was not the same wig.it was something so badly defective that there was no way it would have been sold it was.passed on to me.i emediatly went back into the store.spoke to the counter girl.I'm explaing the wig to her,she tried to make it seem as though i was.argueing with her.she said mam I'm not going to argue with you.i said to her im not argueing with you i know you dont own this store.then i spoke to the owner.only to here him say you picked the wig and we dont give money back.they made no effort to resolve the problem.i told the owner that i would be contacting the BBB.and two others.the owner replied.and who else.?there is no customer care.the service suck. They have s bunch of shehims working in there trying to tell customer's what to buy.we need to stop dealing with people treat customers in that manner.no star.-
