I like Target and pick Target over other stores. However I recently visited this Target and was was treated rudely by a cashier. When I asked to speak to the manager, a young man that was maybe 20 identified himself as the store manager in charge. His name was Andy. I said I wanted to speak to the real manager, and asked who that was. He said a woman named Diedra who was on lunch and he wasn't going to bother her. I then proceeded to explain my complaint and he said, so what she just clocked out and went home. He didn't think there was an issue now, since she wasn't there. He then told me if I didn't like their service that there were plenty of other stores I could shop at.
This is a manager for Target ? They must be desperate for managers !!!
