I work in the healthcare industry and so I've been very reluctant to post a negative review here. After the worst dental experience I've ever had, however, and after months of trying and failing to get this dental practice to stop marketing its inferior services to me, I felt I had to take a stand. After eight months, I feel I'm still paying the price and feeling the pain for submitting to Dr. Shin's hackneyed and indifferent 'skills'. His practice is little more than a procedure mill. He'll poke and prod and drill and muck about until the end of time - or until you finally decide you've had enough. Then, as in my case, he will hound you relentlessly with a tsunami of emails and snail mail containing the worst kind of huckerster-ish 'special' offers and come-ons, anything to get you back in the chair and paying for additional work. He's like a used car salesman from hell. He should be endlessly castigated and perhaps even investigated for his atrocious business practices and questionable abilities as a dentist. Proceed at your own risk.
